Welcome to Bovik!
The animals of Bovik Organic Farm graze in the picturesque landscapes of southern Finland. About 500 Finnsheep and about 75 kyyttö cows are the main stars of the farm.
Emmi Nurmi is the friendly new second generation entrepreneur of Bovik Farm. The indigenous breeds are grown respecting both the animals and nature. Sheep and cows are valuable landscaping tools for the environment across Uusimaa, too. The sheep are sheared twice a year resulting in wonderfully soft, dirt and moisture resistant wool. Wool products such as gloves, hats and socks are also produced in the hands of the Nurmi family. Sheepskins in different colors provide ravishing authentic rugs.
The animals are slaughtered ethically nearby and the meat is sold to both private gourmets and restaurants that appreciate the delicious tender meat.
